“Our Ramadan menu incorporates a mix of different cuisines, including local, Middle Eastern, Western and Chinese.”

The Ramadan buffet served at the hotel’s Royale Coffee House features four rotating menus, each offering more than 100 dishes.

New to the Ramadan line-up this year are Nasi Mandy Kambing, Ayam Golek Seri Siantan and Bebiri Kari Hijau (Lamb Green Curry).

“The Nasi Mandy Kambing is an Arab-inspired dish created using our own blend of spices,” said Zainal Abidin, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the Malay kitchen.

“Our Bubur Lambuk Royale is also a must-have. It has beef and our own blend of herbs and spices,” said the 54-year-old chef.
