- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 200g cheddar cheese
- A pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can mushroom, sliced
- 250g basmati rice, cooked
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil and stir-fry onion for 1minute. Add chicken and mushroom. While cooking, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir till chicken is cooked for about 5 minutes.
- Mix chicken and cheese with cooked rice. Then break 2 eggs into the mixture. Stir and mix well.
- Put this rice mixture into an ovenproof ceramic pot or baking pan and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees Celcius.
- Note: You can use normal rice for this recipe.
