- CC Anchor 120gm
- Gula Kaster 50gm
- Gula Melaka 3 biji
- Telur 1sd
- Vanilla 1sd
- Lemon juice 25gm
- Tepung kek 2sd
- Serbuk badam 300gm
- Whipping Cream 2sd
- Pandan Emulco
- Topping 250gm
- Gula Melaka 100ml
- Air 1sd
- Santan 1sd
- Heavy cream 1/2sd
- Garam 20gm
- Tepung jagung 50 ml
- Air Hiasan
- Cendol
- Kacang Merah
- Hawaiin @ Toasted coconut
Instructions
- Masukkkan kesemua bahan kedalam bowl kecuali whipping cream kemudian putar sehingga sebati
- apabila sebati masukkan whipping cream putar sehingga adunan sebati .
- sediakan loyang serta pelapik alas kertas loyang size 8”@7”.
- masukkan adunan kedalam loyang kemudian bakar dengan suhu 180c
