Recipe Ingredient
- 250g soft tofu
- 1 pip garlic, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 200g oyster mushroom
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Steam tofu for 10 mins.
- Heat oil and fry garlic, chilli and mushroom till mushroom is soft.
- Add oyster sauce, salt and water, simmer for 5 mins.
- Pour this over steamed tofu and serve.
