Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g chocolate
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 100g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 10-12 sponge fingers

Instructions

  1. Mash strawberries with sugar and keep aside.
  2. Crush sponge fingers to bite-size pieces.
  3. Boil cream with brown sugar. Add chocolate, stir to melt.
  4. Layer with sponge finger, mashed strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  5. Serve chilled.
