- Noodles
- 1kg thick yellow noodles (Tai Lok Mee)
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 6 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 100g garlic, chopped finely
- Salt and Sugar to taste
- Meats and Vegetables
- 150g medium size prawn (without shell and de-vein)
- 120g slice pork
- 1pc fish cake (slice thinly)
- 300g cabbage
- 300g mustard greens
- Garnish
- 200g shallot, cut finely and fry till golden brown
- 300g pork fat, cut cube and fry until golden brown together with lard
Instructions
- Scald the noodles for 2 minutes to remove alkaline content, drain water, and set aside.
- Heat oil in wok and fry garlic.
- Add A and water.
- Bring noodles to a boil until soft.
- Add in the garnish.
- Noodles put onto a large plate and serve hot.
