Recipe Ingredient
- 150g mock meat, cubed
- Some corn flour
- 8 pieces canned pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 a green capsicum
- 1/2 a red capsicum, cut into wedges
- 1/2 a tomato
- 1/2 an onion
- Gravy ingredients
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Toss mock meat in corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain off excess oil.
- Combine gravy ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add green and red capsicum, tomato, onion and pineapple cubes. Stir-fry well. Return mock meat pieces to the gravy and bring to a quick rolling boil. Dish out and serve immediately.
