Recipe Ingredient
- 300 g pumpkins (cubed)
- ½ cup tapioca flour + 1 tbsp rice flour(combined)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 25 g dried prawns (soaked and coarsely chopped)
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Seasoning
- ¼tsp pepper
- ½tsp salt
- sugar to taste
- Garnishing
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
Instructions
- Toss pumpkin cubes in combined sifted dry ingredients. Deep-fry in hot oil for 3-5 minutes. Dish out and drain the oil.
- Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok. Fry dried shrimps and garlic until fragrant then add in pumpkins. Add water and simmer for a while then add seasoning and chilli powder.
- Cook until the sauce is reduced. Dish out and serve with a sprinkling of chopped spring onion.
