Recipe Ingredient
- 300g prawns
- 100g long beans
- Sambal paste
- Garlic
Instructions
- Stir-fry 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic
- Stir-fry long beans for 3-5 minutes
- Stir-fry prawns for 2-3 minutes
- Note: Do not peel the shell at the tail so that the prawns will curl nicely during stir-frying
- While prawns are cooking, add 2-3 tablespoons of your favourite sambal paste and 1-2 tablespoons of water
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes
- Serve while hot
