Recipe Ingredient
- Ingredients (A):
- 10 pcs Fried Bean Curd
- Ingredients (B):
- 10 pcs Chinese Mushrooms
- 1 packet Enoki Mushroom
- 80g Broccoli
- Ingredients (C):
- 2 tbsp Angel Brand Oyster Sauce (or Angel Brand Mushroom Vegetarian Oyster Flavor Sauce)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 cups Broth
- Add Pepper to Taste
- Potato Starch Solution
Instructions
- Place soaked mushrooms into ingredients (C), then bring to a boil.
- Reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add fried bean curd, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add enoki mushrooms and broccoli. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add potato starch solution and stir till sauce is thick and nice. Serve hot.
- Tips: Bean curd can use fried gluten instead.
