Recipe Ingredient
- 20g minced chicken or pork
- 1 box silken tofu, approximately 300g
- Seasoning (A)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ sugar
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped red chilli
- 1 tbsp shallot oil
- Seasoning (B)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Garnishing
- Some chopped spring onion
Instructions
- Marinate minced meat with seasoning (A) and leave aside.
- Carefully loosen tofu from the box with a palette knife, then turn it onto a heatproof dish. Combine seasoning (B) and rub on the tofu.
- Spread the marinated meat on the tofu and steam over rapid boiling water for about 10 minutes. Garnish with some chopped spring onion and serve hot.
