  • 8 – 10pcs Chicken Parts
  • 100ml Water
  • 200g (1 packet) Fried Chicken Premix

Instructions

  1. Prepare batter (100ml water mixed with 50g of powder).
  2. Marinate chicken with the batter for 15 minutes.
  3. Coat chicken with remaining premix.
  4. Deep fry the coated chicken in preheated oil at 170°C for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Ready to serve.
