Recipe Ingredient
- A small handful of dried mushroom stems
- 20 pieces dried straw mushrooms
- 2 carrots, cut into chunky pieces
- 100g yam bean, chopped
- 1cm piece ginger
- 2 litres water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-1 ¼ hours, uncovered.
- Strain the stock and use as required.
