Recipe Ingredient
- 200 g lotus roots (peeled and sliced thickly)
- 100 g peanuts (soaked and rinsed)
- 5 5 red dates (seeded)
- 2-3 honey dates (malt choe)
- 50 g vegetarian chicken
- 1.5 litres water
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 1½-2 hours. Season to taste, and serve immediately.
