Recipe Ingredient
- 4 pkt Udon (from supermarket)
- Soup:
- 3 tbsp Miso paste
- 1200 litres of water
- salt & pepper to taste
- Garnishes:
- 100g prawns
- 2 eggs
- spring onion (cut into strip)
Instructions
- Boil water, add miso paste. Stir till well mixed. Add salt & pepper to taste. Set aside. Fry egg white and yolk separately. Cut fried egg white and yolk into strip. Boil prawns till cook. Add udon to pot of boiling water. Cook for 5 mins. Drain and put into bowl. Add soup to udon and garnish with prawns, egg strips and spring onion. Ready to serve.
