Recipe Ingredient
- 400g shrimps, mussels, clams, squid and fish
- 250g tomatoes
- 50g parsley
- 50g coriander
- 3dl olive oil
- 80g flour
- 1 dl brandy
- 4 cloves garlic
- 80g onions
- 1/4 l cream
- 1 tsp chillies
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 dl white wine
- 2 l water
Instructions
- Clean and dice shrimps, mussels, clams, squid and fish. Heat olive oil gently in pot. Chop garlic, onions, tomatoes, chilli, half of the parsley and coriander, and add to olive oil.
- Then add brandy, wine, seafood and bay leaf; fill the pot with water and leave it to boil for a few minutes.
- Mix the flour well with cold water and pour slowly into the pot. Stir well for a while. Add the cream and leave the rest of the parsley and coriander.
