  • Pumpkin
  • Potatoes - 2 biji
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chicken Stock

Instructions

  1. Roast Pumpkin and pototoes (with skin) for 30 min (cover with aluminium foil) + 20 min (w/o Al foil).
  2. Remove skin and mashed.
  3. Add into chicken stock and stir.
  4. Add in chopped parsley right before turn off the fire.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
