Recipe Ingredient
- 150g lotus root
- 120g chicken meat
- 4g pu erh tea leaves
- 5 soup bowls of water
- 2 red dates
- 1 piece dried cuttlefish
- a pinch of dried oysters
Instructions
- Skin the lotus root and slice. Cut the chicken into little pieces. While the tea leaves boil, soak dates, cuttlefish and oyster in water for 10 minutes. Finally, put all ingredients in a clay pot and add a tea spoon of salt before steaming for four hours. Serve soup hot.
