Recipe Ingredient
- 350gm minced meat
- 4pieces shitake mushroom cut halves
- 1 big onion whole
- 3 garlic chopped
- 2 cm ginger sliced
- 1 small tin green peas
- 1tbsp black pepper (not powder form)
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 3 stick chinese celery
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 whole egg
- 1cup oil for frying
Instructions
- Mixed well minced meat with 2tbsp cornflour, pepper, pinch salt, egg.
- Flatten the minced meat mixture about 1in thick and fry and put aside
- Heat up 2 tbsp oil
- Fry garlic and ginger till fragrance
- Add 300mls water, whole big onion, tomato let to boil for 15 min
- Add mushroom then green peas
- Then put in the flatten fried Minced meat for 5 min
- Lastly add in the cut chinese cellery
- Ready to serve
