Recipe Ingredient
- 15 dried red dates (hoong cho), seeded
- 7g ginseng root (yen sam)
- 10g good grade dried hasima, soaked for 1-2 hours
- 10g white fungus, soaked for 15 minutes to soften
- 100g rock sugar
- 1 litre water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a double-boiler.
- Double-boil for 2-3 hours, then remove and serve hot or cold.
