Recipe Ingredient
- 1kg ox tripe
- 1 cup garbanzos bean sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5g garlic, chopped
- 1 capsicum, cut into six
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 250g beef sausage, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil
Instructions
- Boil the tripe until soft, then cut into cubes. Saute garlic and onions in the oil. Add in the cubed ox tripe, tomato sauce, capsicum, garbanzos bean sauce and the sausages. Leave to simmer. Season to taste. Serve hot.
