In this ‘Good Fry Days’ series, this Crispy Pisang Goreng recipe literally only needs 3 ingredients to make. It’s really easy!
Recipe Ingredient
- 10 nos banana (medium sized and cut into halves)
- 250g cripsy frying flour
- 180g water
- 10g oil
- Adequate oil for deep frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the frying flour, water and 10g oil.
- Dip the halved bananas into the batter before placing them into the hot oil.
- Deep fry for about 2-3 minutes or till they turned golden brown.
- (optional) Serve with some sambal kicap dip for an extra kick. Enjoy!
