Recipe Ingredient
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 10 cili padi, chopped finely
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp Thai chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp finely chopped wild ginger bud (bunga kantan)
- ½ tbsp finely chopped lemon grass (use the white portion only)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until sugar dissolves.
