Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 10 cili padi, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp Thai chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp finely chopped wild ginger bud (bunga kantan)
  • ½ tbsp finely chopped lemon grass (use the white portion only)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until sugar dissolves.
