Recipe Ingredient
- Juice of one orange
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp Thai chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp orange rind
- 1/2 tsp lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar or to taste
- Thickening:
- 1 1/2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the thickening ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over slow and gentle heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add thickening ingredients, stirring well to blend. Leave aside to cool before serving.
