Recipe Ingredient
- 10 shallots, sliced thinly
- 6 cili padi , sliced thinly
- Juice of three limes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp thick soy sauce
Instructions
- PUT shallots and {cili padi} in lime juice and leave for five minutes. After that, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Alternatively, tamarind juice can be used in replacement of thick soy sauce and lime juice. This is best served with sea-food.
