Recipe Ingredient
- 1½ tsp oyster sauce
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 1½ tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Maggi concentrated chicken stock
- 200ml water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a very low boil, then simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Arrange your rice sheet rolls on a platter and pour this hot sauce over.
- Garnish or top with a sprinkling of shallot crisps and add some chilli sauce before serving.
