Recipe Ingredient
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp plain yoghurt
- 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- A good dash of ground black pepper
- A small can of salmon in brine, well drained
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice and mustard in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in salt, pepper and ground black pepper to mix.
- Blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer to an air-tight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Add mashed salmon to mix and spread it on to buttered slices of sandwich bread. Add a few slices of cucumber and serve the sandwich immediately.
