Recipe Ingredient
- 200g unripe mango, coarsely grated
- 200g half-ripe papaya, coarsely grated
- 1 tbsp dried prawns, washed and pounded
- (A):
- 2 red chillies, seeded
- 1/2 tsp belacan stock granules or 2cm square piece of belacan, grilled
- (B):
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients (A) in a blender. Whisk until fine. Mix in ingredients (B) to combine. Remove into a mixing bowl. Add dried prawns and toss in mango and papaya to mix. Place salsa on a serving platter or onto any carved-out fruit to serve.
