Recipe Ingredient
- 1/2 unripe mango (peeled)
- 1 inch ginger
- 4 pips garlic
- 50gm cashew nuts
- 2 sprigs of mint leaves
- 6 red chillies
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tbs oil for frying
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together except onion and salt. Fry the onion in oil until fragrant. Then add the blended ingredients and salt.
- Allow to simmer for a while until thick. Dish out.
