Recipe Ingredient
- 8 eggs
- 750 gm castor sugar
- 1 can santan (400ml)
Instructions
- Lightly beat eggs, add sugar mix till sugar dissolve, sieve into the double boiler, place over the simmering water,stiring for 5 mins, add the santan, keep mixing all the time till mixture thicken(45mins).
- Cool & store in dry container.
