Recipe Ingredient
- 200ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 60g soft brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100ml honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small nonstick saucepan.
- Heat over medium low fire.
- Simmer and stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until the glaze is thick in consistency.
- Use it straight away.
