Recipe Ingredient
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 4-5 bird´s eye chillies, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (yin sai)
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 5 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir well to mix.
