Recipe Ingredient
- 4 red chillies
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 bird´s eye chillies
- 1 cm piece young ginger
- 2 kasturi limes, halved and seeds removed
- 2 saw-tooth coriander leaves
- Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp sugar or to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Process red chillies, garlic, bird´s eye chillies, kasturi lime halves, ginger and saw-tooth coriander leaves in a food possessor to a rough pulp. Add seasoning to taste.
- Transfer into a small serving bowl. Serve with baby squids or meat dishes.
