Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 fresh red chillies
  • 3-4 red cili padi
  • 2 small limes (limau kasturi), halved and seeds removed
  • 1 stalk Chinese coriander (yin sai)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar or to taste
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • A dash of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Break up chillies into small pieces.
  2. Put chilli, limes, coriander, salt and sugar into an electric food processor.
  3. Blend until fine.
  4. Mix with mayonnaise and add a dash of sesame oil.
