Recipe Ingredient
- 3 fresh red chillies
- 3-4 red cili padi
- 2 small limes (limau kasturi), halved and seeds removed
- 1 stalk Chinese coriander (yin sai)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar or to taste
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- A dash of sesame oil
Instructions
- Break up chillies into small pieces.
- Put chilli, limes, coriander, salt and sugar into an electric food processor.
- Blend until fine.
- Mix with mayonnaise and add a dash of sesame oil.
