Recipe Ingredient
- 100g big onions, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 400g tomato sauce
- 200g tomatoes, skinned and pureed
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100ml oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok. Fry chopped onions and garlic till soft. Add tomato puree. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and simmer sauce for 30 minutes over low heat. Cook till sauce thickens. Leave to cool before serving.
