Recipe Ingredient
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 2 tbsp mixed dried herbs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp crushed ground black peppercorns
- 50ml olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add beef or lamb and season well.
- Transfer to an airtight plastic container and leave in the refrigerator to marinate the meat overnight. Barbecue the meat until done.
