- 500g crab
- 100g margarine
- some curry leaf
- cili padi (optional)
- 120g Nyolike Salted Egg Paste
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Deep fry 500g crab & put aside.
- Heat up 100g margarine with some curry leaf & cili padi.
- Add in 120g Salted Egg Paste & heat under LOW HEAT
- Add in previous pre-fried crab & coat evenly.
