Recipe Ingredient
- 2 green apples
- 1 can of pineapples
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh shrimps (boiled)
- 200g brocolli
- 1 capsicum
- 100g cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 cup mayonaise
- Lemon juice (1/4 of a lemon)
- 1 tsp Daisy cooking oil/olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice all the vegetables and fruits.
- In a bowl, add all vegetables, fruits and oil and mix. Then add mayonaise. Mix well. Then add shrimps.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, add lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish and serve.
