Recipe Ingredient
- 30g tempe
- olive oil for frying
- 1/4 tablespoon tamari
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 cabbage, chopped
- 1 mustard green, chopped
- basil leaves
- salt and black pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Instructions
- To prepare fried rice: Heat up a pan with olive oil and crumble tempe into it. Stir-fry the tempe until lightly browned.
- Season with tamari, then add cooked brown rice, carrot, cabbage and mustard green. Mix and keep stirring until the vegetables soften. Season to taste. Turn off heat and toss in the basil leaves. Serve immediately. - JKL
