Recipe Ingredient
- 220g rice
- 600ml water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 pandan leaves, knotted
Instructions
- Clean rice well and place in cooker. Add water, salt and pandan leaves and cook as you would normal rice. When cooked, dish up into a square cake tin. Press the rice down tightly and level off evenly. Leave to cool before cutting into cubes. Serve with satay and sauce.
