Recipe Ingredient
- 80g couscous
- 25g onion, chopped
- 20g green pepper, diced
- 20g yellow pepper, diced
- 20g red pepper, diced
- 5g garlic, chopped
- 1.5g fresh thyme
- 150ml chicken stock
- 10ml olive oil
- seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Warm olive oil in a pot.
- Add garlic and let brown.
- Add couscous and thyme, mixing all together thoroughly.
- Pour in chicken stock and add peppers.
- Season to taste and let simmer.
- Remove from heat.
- Cover and reserve for use later.
