Recipe Ingredient
- Group A
- 300g Pucuk Paku plant
- 3-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3-5 shallots, minced
- 1 tbsp tumeric powder
- Pinch of salt
- Few pieces of chili padi
- Group B
- Some water
- Pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Wash and blanch the Paku plant until it is soft. Drain and set aside.
- Saute all the ingredients in Group A until aromatic, then add in all the ingredients in Group B.
- Lastly, put in all the Paku plant and stir fry for a few minutes. Then the dish is ready to serve.
