Recipe Ingredient
- 2 eggplants
- 2 cloves garlice, minced
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Slice eggplant into 1 cm thick slices.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture on eggplant.
- Grill the eggplant on both side until tender.
