Recipe Ingredient
- 1 piece waxed duck drumstick, deboned and sliced
- 150g roast duck meat, sliced
- 80g snow peas
- 20g garlic, diced
- 20g carrot, sliced
- 20g ginger, sliced
- 100g local celery, cut into 3.5cm pieces
- 40g oil
- 20g salt
- 20g chicken bouillon
- 5g black mushroom, diced
- 20g Chinese wine
- 40g oil
- Garnishing:
- 100g carrot
- 10g parsely
Instructions
- Fry the peas in 40g of oil and a little water until cooked. Set aside.
- Fry the garlic, carrot, ginger, celery and mushrooms in 40g of oil.
- Add roast duck meat, waxed duck, sweet pea, Chinese wine, salt and sugar to taste.
