Recipe Ingredient
- 3 pieces pork chop cutlets
- Seasoning (A) :
- Sprinkling of salt and pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2-3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 3 slices pineapple rings, well drained but reserve the pineapple syrup, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Diced :
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 1/2 green capsicum
- Sauce ingredients :
- 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 cup pineapple syrup
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Instructions
- Marinate pork chop with seasoning (A) for 1 hour. Deep-fry the marinated pork chop until golden. Drain oil and set aside.
- Heat wok with 1-2 tablespoons oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add both capsicums and pour in the sauce ingredients. Bring to boil.
- Return pork chop pieces to the wok and add pineapple.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes before dishing out to serve.
