Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 pieces pork chop cutlets
  • Seasoning (A) :
  • Sprinkling of salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2-3 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 3 slices pineapple rings, well drained but reserve the pineapple syrup, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Diced :
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 1/2 green capsicum
  • Sauce ingredients :
  • 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple syrup
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork chop with seasoning (A) for 1 hour. Deep-fry the marinated pork chop until golden. Drain oil and set aside.
  2. Heat wok with 1-2 tablespoons oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add both capsicums and pour in the sauce ingredients. Bring to boil.
  3. Return pork chop pieces to the wok and add pineapple.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes before dishing out to serve.
