Recipe Ingredient
- 200g pork meat slices
- 2 pkts.fried beancurd-cubed
- 1 pkt beansprouts
- 1 green pepper bell-sliced
- 1/2 onion-cubed
- 2 garlic-minced
- 3 tbsps oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp or to taste soy sauce
- 2 tbsps chinese cooking wine
- salad oil
Instructions
- Marinate pork clices with wine for 10 mins.
- Heat a fry pan with some oil and lightly brown the cubed beancurd, drain and set aside
- In the pan, add garlic and pork slices, fry till meat changes color, then add in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, onion, green pepper bell and stir fry for 3 mins, then add the beansprouts and quickly stir fry and transfer to a plate and serve warm.
