- 200g pork fillet
- 2 tbsp butter
- 50g onion, sliced
- Marinade
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- Sauce ingredients
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp chilli sauce
- 50ml evaporated milk
- 70ml water
Instructions
- Season pork fillet with marinade for several hours. Heat enough oil in a wok and deep-fry the marinated meat over medium low heat until crispy and golden. Remove to a serving plate.
- Place butter in a clean wok. Sweat the onion until fragrant. Add sauce ingredients and cook until aromatic. Pour sauce over the pork chop and serve at once.
