Recipe Ingredient
- 250g minced pork
- 100g potato cubes
- 100g carrot cubes
- Sweet soy sauce
- Light soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- Boil carrot cubes for 12mins and put aside
- Boil potato cubes for 8mins and put aside
- In a small bowl, add 4 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, half tablespoon of light soy sauce, half tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix well and put aside
- Stir fry minced pork
- Add boiled carrot and potato cubes and sauce
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Serve while hot
