Recipe Ingredient
- 100g charsiew, finely chopped (you can buy it from the roast pork stall at most markets)
- 2 eggs
- 2½ tbsp water
- Seasoning:
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
Instructions
- Beat eggs and water with a fork until just frothy. Strain the beaten egg mixture and add chopped charsiew and seasoning.
- Pour ingredients into a lightly wet shallow plate or bowl and steam over a medium heat for 18 to 20 minutes or until egg is cooked.
