Recipe Ingredient
- 600g meaty pork-ribs
- Marinade (combined)
- 200ml water
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp char siu sauce
- 1 tsp thick soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Rinse pork-ribs and pat-dry with kitchen paper towels.
- Stir together the combined marinade and rub mixture onto the ribs. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
- Place marinated pork ribs on a barbecue grill and cook until done. Turn over halfway through and brush with remaining marinade until meat is well coated. Leave to cook completely.
